Professional Bio

Mopelola Kola-lawal, MBA

Mopelola Kola-Lawal is a distinguished real estate entrepreneur, certified John Maxwell coach, and an author.

She earned her MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and holds a Graduate Certificate in Technology Management from the same institution in the USA. Additionally, Mopelola holds an Executive Masters certificate in Project Management from the Project Management College in the UK, and a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.

Currently holding the position of Vice President at a prominent financial institution in the United States, she brings over 15 years of valuable experience from the Real Estate Industry.

She is the visionary founder of Modaville Realties, a real estate investment advisory and marketing firm that originated in Lagos, Nigeria, but now serves clients globally. Passionate about financial literacy and investing in general, Mopelola is the driving force behind the “Wealth without Borders Summit,” a virtual global conference promoting global real estate investing and financial literacy.
